Whether you are a first time BollyXer or a seasoned one, these reminders will help you make your workout even more fun.

Stay safe, moving and hydrated. Have enough space around you. Don’t stop moving, even if it’s a tiny wiggle jiggle. And keep a water bottle handy

Dance like no one is watching because no one is! :) This is a dance workout, not a performance. Only focus is to get healthy while having fun. Your dance, your workout, your time. Enjoy it!

Listen to your body be mindful of your own body, modify your intensity as and when needed. And yet give your 100% to each move.
