BollyX is a Bollywood-inspired dance-fitness program that combines dynamic choreography and intensive workouts with upbeat music. Our 60 minutes of dancing will leave a huge smile on your face and a happy feeling in your heart.


Want to Prep?

1. Have enough space to dance: a 6'X6' space free of furniture or slippery carpets is enough

2. Wear workout shoes and workout clothes so that you can dance comfortably

3. Keep water handy: this is a HIIT workout, staying hydrated is important

4. Use the fastest internet available and move closer to your router. If the music feels out of sync, leave the meeting and rejoin, that usually works

5. Just dance: this is a dance workout, not a performance. Let's focus on having fun and staying fit. Dance for yourself, after all you are in-charge!
